Inspired by the pintxos bars of San Sebastián in northern Spain, our concept celebrates small bites made with passion and shared over conversation. Pintxos are traditional Spanish “tapas-style” bites, typically served on bread and secured with a toothpick. We stay true to this tradition while adding elevated flavors influenced by Spain, Italy, and France.

Our culinary approach focuses on freshness, quality ingredients, and beautiful presentation. From vibrant seafood dishes to creamy spreads, bold aiolis, and artisan cheeses, every bite is designed to pair perfectly with our wines.
